Our orders ship very quickly, sometimes same day!
PLEASE NOTE: All orders containing Sugar Butter only ship on Mondays at this time to prevent melting of your product.
How will my order ship?
All orders ship via USPS or USPS International with insurance and tracking included. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when you order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
SUGAR BUTTER
Sugar Butters require additional shipping charges due to express shipping charges and cold packaging to prevent your Sugar Butters from melting.
During the warmer months of April - October, our Sugar Butters will melt if exposed to warm temperatures during transit. They will ship via Priority Mail with ice packs included to prevent melting during shipment. We will only be shipping Sugar Butters on Mondays to ensure they do not sit in a hot USPS terminal over the weekend or holiday. Please do not leave this product sit in your mailbox or hot outside areas after delivery. Please track your shipment and remove from mailboxes and hot temperatures promptly. Price includes ice packs and packaging to prevent melting. Dollcake Skincare will not refund or replace Sugar Butter orders that were left in hot outdoor areas or mailboxes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all of our products are shipped in decorative gift boxes. Please leave us a note at checkout if your order is a gift.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples of our products, but most of our products are available in 4 oz sizes.
How long do your whipped soaps last with normal use?
A little goes a long way with our whipped soaps! You can expect a 4 oz whipped soap to last a month for daily face wash applications. We recommend an 8 oz whipped soap for shower and full body applications.
Can I use your products on my face?
Absolutely! They are created to be gentle, even on sensitive skin and are loaded with healing ingredients!
Are your products good for psoriasis/eczema?
We cannot make any medical claims on our products, but they were created to be gentle and healing for many skin conditions. Many of our clients have experienced great improvements with acne, sensitive skin, psoriasis and eczema using our products.
WHIPPED SOAPS/PLEASE NOTE:
Whipped Soaps may settle in their containers during transit. These are handmade whipped soaps that are piped by hand. They are very fragile and sometimes settle in the container making them appear to be less than the stated weight. We weight all of our products 3 times before they are labeled and stocked on our shelves so rest assured that you are receiving the correct weight of whipped soap.
Are you cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We are certified by Leaping Bunny and our products and ingredients are never tested on animals.
Can I combine discounts?
Unfortunately, our website platform does not allow offers to be combined. If a sale is running, a discount code cannot be used.
Do you sell wholesale?
We are currently selling wholesale to select boutiques and salons.
